About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple accounts across all ecommerce platforms in Thailand. As the account's main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the ecommerce strategy and plans for your brands and take ownership of their stores like it is yours. You negotiate with account and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the account, in order to grow the business. You have a firm grasp of ecommerce fundamentals and the growth levers that the different marketplaces offer. You coordinate with our different in-house teams and ensure that collectively you make your accounts successful.

You are responsible for account NMV and revenue growth and work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Grow account NMV and revenue 
  • Build strong relationships with your brand and platforms
  • Deliver expert recommendations on the best strategy / promotions / growth levers for brands
  • Develop annual growth plans and activation calendars and campaign proposals  
  • Check and monitor stock levels 
  • Manage all product content, store, and details on E-Commerce platform such as Lazada, Shopee, JD central etc.
  • Ensure all brand / store KPIs are met 
  • Support brands to maximize sales and targets
  • Collaborate with management on NMV goals, planning and forecasting  
  • Work together with Intrepid leadership to ensure account retention and growth

Who we look for—the ideal profile:

  • University degree in any fields
  • From 1-4 years experience in Key account management or Store operations in Ecommerce (Lazada / Shopee/ Tiki/ Tiktok Shop), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
  • Commercial performance-driven mindset, Flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, and data analysis
