Key Account Management
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as point of contact for key accounts, follow up contracts to deliver target
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with distributors and trade partners to boost market position
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, commercial and distributor to align strategies and deliver comprehensive solutions to key accounts.
- Account Planning and Management: Follow up account plans & product listing, prepare deck for regular business reviews, and implement strategies to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities within key accounts.
- Sale achievement: PO follow ups & delivery monitoring, tacking pending issue (credit, OOS,…) & to ensure hit target monthly of sell in & sell out of chains
- Regular field visit to ensure in-store visibility & sale out program executed correctly according to JBP
Sale Business Operation
- Data analysis: design & execute performance tracking template & other requirement from National Sale Manager & Key Account Manager.
- Business operation: paperwork support, handle admin tasks such as rebate tracking, marketing activities auditing, merchandise payment, loyalty program cascade.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical will be preferred
- FMCG or Pharmaceutical experience is preferred
- Proven experience in account management or sale
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
