- A Day in the Life
As an E-Key Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving the online success of L'Oréal Professionnel and Kérastase on social commerce platforms like TikTok Shop. Reporting to the E-Commerce Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in planning and executing key account strategies while managing affiliate campaigns to deliver business growth.
**Here’s what you’ll be working on**:
Key Account Planning (70%)
- Develop and execute robust monthly and yearly plans to achieve sales performance, channel investment, and P&L targets.
- Build and manage online business and promotional strategies across social commerce channels to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with E-Marketing and Brand teams to ensure a seamless online brand presence through media strategy, merchandising, and online activities.
- Partner with operations teams to ensure exceptional delivery and after-sales service across platforms.
- Leverage customer data to enhance understanding of the consumer path to purchase and inform strategic decisions.

Affiliate Management (30%)
- Design and implement affiliate models that align with brand strategy, focusing on advocacy and conversion across channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, agencies, and MCNs to ensure synergy between brand activities and affiliate campaigns.
- Track and optimize affiliate reach and performance to meet KPIs, including revenue, traffic, and conversion rates.
