**Key Account Manager - Ecom**

In this role, you will:
**Responsibilities**

**_ Account management_**
- Develop C2C channel strategy with multi-functions and external partners. Build customer relationship across customer functions (Business Development, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Distributor)
- Develop sales plan and maintain strong partnerships with C2C retailers on e-commerce platforms to deliver channel targets
- Lead and coach salesman to recruit new C2C retailers and grow existing accounts.
- Be accountable for key C2C channel monthly, quarterly & yearly target performance, including sales & profitability, share of category, share of digital shelf
- Lead execution of monthly campaign & joint initiatives within pre-aligned budget
- Lead & be accountable for full process of generating & completing sales, including working cross-function with other internal departments (Finance, Brand, Digital Marketing, Warehouse, Logistics)
- Translate regional best practices into effective local business deployments

**_ E-trade marketing_**
- Own distribution activities on assigned e-platforms, including pricing, digital store maintenance, design of assortment mix & promotion activities
- Be the focal contact point between Brand team, Digital Marketing Team and assigned key accounts.
- Continuous improvement on shoppers’ experience through continuous finetuning of consumer programs, leveraging various data systems to develop new insights and turn into business actions.
- Help by innovating new solutions to complex business challenges

**Requirements**:

- BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Min 3 years of experiences in E-commerce platform or E-commerce enabling companies.
- Experiences in Diaper / Baby Formula categories will be an advantage
- Fluency in English
