I. NHIỆM VỤ CHUNG/ GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Với tư cách là Quản lý kinh doanh chuyên về Wholesale & Mice (Hội họp, Khen thưởng, Hội nghị và Triển lãm), nhân sự sẽ chịu trách nhiệm thúc đẩy doanh thu thông qua việc bán không gian sự kiện và chỗ ở cho các công ty lữ hành, cuộc họp công ty, chuyến đi khen thưởng, hội nghị và triển lãm/ As the Sales Manager specializing in Wholesale & Mice (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), you will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of event spaces and accommodations for travel agency, corporate meetings, incentive trips, conferences, and exhibitions.

II. NHIỆM VỤ CỤ THỂ/ SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Xác định và nhắm mục tiêu đến các khách hàng tiềm năng trong các lĩnh vực doanh nghiệp, du lịch và lập kế hoạch sự kiện/ Identify and target potential clients in the corporate, travel, and event planning sectors.
- Phát triển và triển khai các chiến lược để thu hút khách hàng mới và mở rộng cơ sở khách hàng của khách sạn/ Develop and implement strategies to attract new business and expand the hotel's customer base.
- Phụ trách bán hàng cho các đại lý du lịch, tiệc sự kiện, MICE, đàm phán hợp đồng và giao dịch với các nhà cung cấp và khách hàng để đặt chỗ và đặt chỗ trực tuyến cho khách (sinh nhật, kỷ niệm, v.v.)/ In charge of selling for travel agents, banquets, MICE, negotiating contracts, and dealing with suppliers and clients for bookings and online guest bookings (birthday, anniversary, etc.).

- Tham dự các sự kiện trong ngành, triển lãm thương mại và các chức năng kết nối để quảng bá khách sạn/ Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel.
- Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ chặt chẽ với các khách hàng hiện tại để đảm bảo kinh doanh lặp lại/ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Chuẩn bị báo cáo bán hàng hàng ngày và hàng tháng (đàm phán kinh doanh, xác nhận kinh doanh và mất kinh doanh; luôn nhận thức được lý do mất kinh doanh để cải thiện cho các cơ hội kinh doanh tiếp theo)/ Prepare daily and monthly sales reports (business negotiating, business confirmed, and business lost; always be aware of the reason for losing business in order to improve for further business opportunities).
- Phát triển kinh doanh tối đa từ các phân khúc thị trường theo chỉ định của Giám đốc bán hàng/Tổng giám đốc khi cần thiết/ Solicit maximum business from market segments as assigned by the Director of Sales/General Manager when required.
- Theo dõi để trả lời các câu hỏi, giải quyết các mối quan tâm và đảm bảo các cam kết thông qua các hợp đồng đã ký/ Follow up to answer questions, address concerns, and secure commitments through signed contracts.
- Gặp gỡ khách hàng để giới thiệu tiện nghi, xây dựng thực đơn và cung cấp các dịch vụ khác/ Meet with guests to show facilities, develop menus, and offer other services such as audio or visual entertainment.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban khác để đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách hàng và thực hiện sự kiện suôn sẻ/ Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and smooth event execution.
- Xác định tiềm năng kinh doanh và giữ liên lạc chặt chẽ với khách hàng cũ và khách hàng tiềm năng thông qua các cuộc gặp gỡ trực tiếp, cuộc gọi điện thoại và trao đổi thư từ để ký kết hợp đồng (đặc biệt là trong các phân khúc lữ hành, doanh nghiệp, thương mại và MICE)/ To identify business potential and keep close contact with former and potential clients through personal visits, phone calls, and correspondences in view of contract signing (especially in travel agent, corporate, commercial, and MICE segments).
