Recreational highlights include four expansive swimming pools, two kids’ pools, a serene spa and wellness center, a kids’ club, and a variety of entertainment and sports activities. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to lead our exciting beachfront property in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
- Oversee daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage and motivate a diverse team of staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards
- Create and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute revenue-generating initiatives
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain the resort's high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Implement and oversee safety and security protocols
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative practices to keep the resort competitive
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and business partners

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hotel or resort management
- Proven track record of successful leadership in 5-star properties
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak Vietnamese or willingness to learn is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and guest satisfaction
- Passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Knowledge of local regulations and cultural norms in Vietnam
- Visionary leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions
