Essential Duties and Responsibilities - (Key Activities)
Customer Service
Welcome and assist customers in selecting suitable products.
Provide information on prices, product features, and benefits.
Support customers throughout the shopping and payment process.
Deliver customer service according to the standards of the hotel/resort/shop.
Sales & Revenue
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Introduce new products and promotional programs to customers.
Support upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.
Merchandising & Inventory Management
Arrange and display products according to the shop's standards.
Monitor daily stock levels and participate in stock-taking.
Report shortages, damages, or product issues promptly.
Ensure products are clean, organized, and well-presented.
Operations & Cashiering
Handle sales transactions using the POS system.
Issue invoices and provide gift-wrapping when required.
Manage cash following operating procedures and perform end-of-shift balancing.
