(Mức lương: 17 - 26 triệu VNĐ)
- Relationship Manager là vị trí dành cho các Chuyên viên Bảo hiểm cao cấp, đại diện cho kênh dịch vụ phân khúc cao _cấp nhất của nhà AIA Vietnam. Giúp góp phần thay đổi định kiến về “Bảo hiểm” của người Việt qua sự am hiểu sản _phẩm, nghiệp vụ chuyên nghiệp & dịch vụ khách hàng tối ưu._

**Sales Quality**:

- Lên kế hoạch và chiến lược tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng.
- Thiết kế và tư vấn các kế hoạch bảo hiểm phù hợp nhất & bảo vệ tối ưu cho khách hàng.

**Customer Service**:

- Mang đến cho khách hàng trải nghiệm tốt nhất về chất lượng dịch vụ của NEST BY AIA.

**Branding**:

- Chú trọng xây dựng hình ảnh cá nhân phù hợp để đại diện thương hiệu công ty, đem đến những trải nghiệm dịch vụ cao cấp nhất cho khách hàng

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:
**Thu nhập tối thiểu: 25 triệu/tháng. (Thu nhập tối đa không giới hạn)**
- **Lương cứng: 16,8 - 26 triệu/tháng.**:

- **Nhận cộng thêm Hoa hồng theo doanh số hấp dẫn.**:

- **Nhận cộng thêm Thưởng tháng, quý, năm và hàng năm.**:

- Cấp Bảo hiểm sức khỏe - Bảo lãnh viện phí nhập viện/khám chữa bệnh cho bản thân & gia đình.
- **Môi trường làm việc năng động, tích cực, hiện đại, không gian văn phòng mở: Bitexco Finacial Tower, The**

- Nhận thưởng vinh danh & các contest thưởng thu nhập liên tục hấp dẫn
- Lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng theo quy định. Được hỗ trợ phát triển kỹ năng & nghiệp vụ lên quản lý cấp cao.
- Thường xuyên được tham gia các khóa đào tạo tại AIA, huấn luyện về kỹ năng, nghiệp vụ chuyên sâu
- Đi du lịch trong nước và nước ngoài hàng năm.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng

- Tuổi từ 23 - 35**
- Ngoại hình sáng, dễ nhìn. Tác phong chuyên nghiệp.
- **Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trên 6 tháng, kỹ năng Teamwork**:

- Giọng nói rõ ràng, không nói ngọng, nói lắp.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, lắng nghe, thuyết phục, giải quyết tình huống.
- Chủ động và có trách nhiệm trong công việc.
- Chịu được áp lực công việc, áp lực về doanh số.
- **Có kinh nghiệm về mảng tài chính/dịch vụ khách hàng là lợi thế.**:

- Giao tiếp tốt, có kinh nghiệm bán hàng và chăm sóc khách hàng.
