We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an MNC Relationship Support Manager.

Principal responsibilities:

- Ensure losses through operational failings are minimised
- Ensure responsibility for the delivery of efficient, accurate and timely processing of clients requests and transactions
- Ensure effective and continuous dialogue within the Global Relationship Banker and Regional Relationship Banker
- Improve employee engagement
- Demonstrate courageous leadership
- Ensure continuous and effective dialogue with counterparts across GB/CMB and wider Corporate / WholeSale Banking
- Contribute to the development of mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Support MNC Relationship Managers in optimising the potential value of client relationships by processing the delivery of solutions, products and services appropriate to meet client needs through the appropriate channel
- Ensure a systemic approach to use all available tools to identify and mitigate risk
- Maintain operational quality to act within policy guidelines and in line with both internal and external regulatory requirements
- Ensure delivery of processes and paperwork to efficiently process client lending instructions, products and solutions within agreed timescales
- Participates in enhancing quality of customers services as well as internal processes
- Assist MNC Relationship Managers in risk management with clients under the assigned portfolio, especially credit and financial crime risks
- Assist MNC Relationship Managers to manage and responsible for his/her own assigned portfolio
Qualifications
Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese). Mandarin, Korean or Japanese is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Bank’s operational procedures and systems
- Proven track record in a client focussed environment
- Experience of working in a teamwork environment
- Proven experience in identifying and managing the risks, issues and dependencies related to the business and in decision making
- Experience in the Commercial or Corporate Banking environment
- Customer service and team skills promoting an environment of co-operation and trust, overcoming resistance where encountered
- An ability to get things done
- Possess drive and resilience
- Possess developed interpersonal skills
- Possess planning, organization and time management abilities.
