Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the full sales cycle: pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and deal closure.- Develop and manage trusted relationships with key decision-makers across priority verticals (FSI, Telco, Government, and Enterprise).- Expand market presence within Vietnam, especially with major banks and financial institutions.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both mid-market and enterprise sectors.- Ensure forecast accuracy and maintain disciplined pipeline management with high visibility into deal stages.- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, customer success, and regional leadership to deliver compelling customer outcomes.- Engage and enable key partners (VARs, SIs, distributors) to scale reach and accelerate joint opportunities.- Represent Vietnam business performance to SEA leadership, contributing insights to shape regional strategy.

Qualifications & Experience- 7-10 years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or enterprise software.- Must have vendor-side experience; preference for those with a background in data security vendors (DLP, DSPM, CASB, SWG, Secure SDWAN etc.).- Track record of success in selling to regulated industries (FSI, Government), with understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., PDPA, local regulations).- Familiarity with the competitive landscape (Microsoft Purview, Broadcom, Trellix, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Netskope).- Proven quota attainment and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.- Strong forecasting discipline and opportunity management skills.- Experience in channel sales engagement, with a demonstrable history of partner-led wins.- Direct FSI experience is highly desirable.- Language skills: Fluent in English (Vietnamese required, Cambodian is an advantage).
