DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationVietnam - HanoiThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Fully in charge of whole network SOP including improving current operation processes, establishing new operational processes and managing new launch projects.
- Collaborate with internal SPX stakeholders across all related teams to ensure the internal and external resources are available to deliver success for each integration.
- Support and manage critical relationships with external partners from the initial phase of the project to its execution.
- Drive improvement projects by adopting lean techniques to help existing customer fulfillment and transportation operations thrive and succeed.
- Work closely with Feature teams to deliver customer-focused, scalable, auditable, and open features for iterative development.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support operational issues during peak season.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience from a position in the transportation delivery industry, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality in areas of operations, industrial or supply chain management.
- Strong ownership and work well with hands-on culture.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking with a data-driven mindset. Experience working with a large data set is preferred.
- Able to facilitate successful project work and operate under tight deadlines.
- Able to build strong professional relationships with both internal and external partners. Provide consistent, effective, and open communication, both verbal and written.
- Fluent in English and other office skills (esp Powerpoint, Excels)
