**Work Location: FPT Tower, 10 Pham Van Bach, Cau Giay, Ha Noi**

**Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care**:

- Arrange and schedule online/offline meetings with internal teams and clients, ensuring all logistics are in place, and participants are notified in advance.
- Combine monthly/quarterly reports from different teams into comprehensive reports, highlighting the key performance indicators, areas of improvement, and future plans.
- Plan and monitor the budget for the department, keeping track of expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Initiate and consolidate partnerships with other organizations, communicating with stakeholders, and negotiating partnership agreements.
- Oversee administrative and operational tasks, including monitoring deadlines, managing databases, and organizing files, to ensure the smooth running of the department.

**Job Qualification**

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications of Finance.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a corporate or nonprofit setting.
- Excellent English command, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. (IELTS 8.0)
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, with the ability to compile data and generate reports.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
