Our client is a leading company with a focus on care products, who is looking for a talents to join their firm:
Brand Management- Strategize brand-building initiatives per campaign objectives
- Generate ideas aligned with sales and marketing goals
- Execute plans and reports by analyzing campaign outcomesCampaign Launch/Relaunch- Enhance and manage marketing strategies
- Collaborate with agencies for efficient campaign execution
- Coordinate with various departments (Sales, Purchasing, Accounting & Finance, Production) to assure Marketing programs effectively and timely
- Supervise marketing initiatives and their impact on sales and market shareSales Management: Utilize PDC (Product Development Committee) to ensure campaign effectiveness in meeting sales and share targets-
Product Development: Propose product launch timelines and manage operations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders-
Data Analysis- Analyze market intelligence data to assess marketing effectiveness and predict mid
- to long-term market changes
- Evaluate brand/product performance, consumer insights, market dynamics, and competitor actions to prompt timely responses

**Requirements**:

- A university degree, preferably with a background in marketing
- At least three years of experience in brand management, with a minimum of two years in a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager role, demonstrating a successful track record
- Strong analytical abilities, creativity, and a high level of enthusiasm
- Proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate diligence
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
