Area Sales Manager (ASM) - Số lượng: 2 - Khu vực: 1 TPHCM, 1 Miền Đông (Base TPHCM) - Lương cơ bản + phụ cấp 18 triệu + KPI - Công việc chính: Quản lý team Key Account: Phát triển NPP cho các nhãn hàng. Quản lý team Visual Merchandise: Phát triển hệ thống điểm trưng bày và tích luỹ DS. Monitor tiến độ triển khai thị trường: Doanh số tổng/ doanh số theo nhãn hàng/ doanh số theo NPP. Hỗ trợ các team sales cộng tác theo từng nhãn hàng. - Yêu cầu: Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí ASM, kinh nghiệm set up hệ thống nhà phân phối cho các nhãn hàng FMCG. Ưu tiên có đội ngũ sẵn 2. Key Account (SUP) - Số lượng: 4 - Khu vực: 1 Gò Vấp/ Quận 12, TP. Thủ Đức, 1 Bình Dương, 1 Đồng Nai - Lương cơ bản + phụ cấp 9 triệu + KPI - Công việc chính: Trực tiếp mở mới NPP cho các nhãn hàng. Hỗ trợ team Visual Merchandise: Phát triển hệ thống điểm trưng bày và tích luỹ DS. Hỗ trợ các team sales cộng tác theo từng nhãn hàng. - Yêu cầu: Kinh nghiệm 2 năm ở vị trí SUP. Kinh nghiệm mở mới nhà phân phối cho các nhãn hàng FMCG." 3. Visual Merchandise (Sale Trưng Bày) - Số lượng: 4 - Khu vực: 1 Gò Vấp, 1 Quận 12, 1 Thủ Đức cũ, 1 Quận 9 cũ - Lương cơ bản + phụ cấp 6 - 10 triệu (theo số lượng cửa hàng quản lý) + KPI - Công việc chính: Mở mới khách hàng đăng ký chương trình trưng bày và tích lũy doanh số - Yêu cầu: Có kinh nghiệm Sales thị trường trong lĩnh vực FMCG.
