  • GT channel Area Sales Manager (will be in charge of the HCM, DongNai/BinhDuong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau areas)

  • A local general distributor imports and sells own-brand products (baby diapers, etc.).

Responsibilities

・Conduct sales activities and customer visits

・Managing the activities, visits, and schedules of sales staff.

・Training and orienting sales staff.

・Developing GT programs and promotions.

・Managing performance progress. Calculating sales incentives and performing desk work and paperwork.

・Communicating and coordinating with Distributors/NPP (area distributors).

・Acquiring new customers by visiting key shops. Direct sales.

・Develop new clients

*Vung Tau area 1-2times/Month

Qualifications

・
Language
: English- Intermediate level (Report to Internal)

・
Experience
:

  • At least 3-5 years of working Experience in the FMCG industry OR dealing with Consumer products in the GT channel

  • Have experience with the GT channel

  • Have experience as an Area Manager or supervisor in FMCG sales

  • Being able to go on a business trip.

・Candidates with 5 or more years of sales experience in the GT channel will be preferred.

・Candidates with experience as a Supervisor or Area Manager in GT are preferred.
