Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will oversee nationwide business operations, drive market expansion, and ensure the effective management of both offline retail systems and online e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business operations, including nationwide store management and market development activities.
- Build, optimize, and streamline operational systems to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research, analyze revenue and cost data, and propose strategies to expand dealership networks and partnerships.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotional programs, and customer care initiatives to strengthen retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of each store and the entire retail system; propose timely improvement plans.
- Collect and analyze market trends and competitor data to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee product planning, packaging, and launch management — including brand positioning, storytelling, key selling points, promotional concepts, and packaging design.
- Lead the franchise operations team: support new store openings, stabilize daily operations, and improve overall store performance.
- Build, coach, and empower a high-performing sales and operations team, ensuring talent growth and succession planning.
Requirements
- Age & Education: Under 40 years old, Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in retail operation management or marketing; preferred background in Automotive, Motorbike, or Electronics industries.
- Proven experience managing and operating a retail chain of 50+ stores.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, business policy development, and sales support materials (sales kits, procedures, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and market research skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficient in English or Chinese for business communication.
