This position is one of the strategic driving positions in Swine Business Unit of Zoetis Vietnam. In fact, this Business Development position is responsible for developing the strategy tailored-made for one of the key launches in swine portfolio as well as driving the flawless execution of the strategy into actions from business model prototype to customer and channel activations in alignment with cross-functional stakeholders at both local and cluster levels.
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Strategic Planning**
- Develop the brand strategy for the at-launch product in the long-term aspect on the basis of in-depth understanding of product value proposition within the landscape of Vietnam market’s unmet needs.
- Drive the fruitful discussion and alignment with technical experts either in local or cluster level to identify the brand positioning of the products in technical domain.
- Develop the holistic value proposition for the brand besides the technical value proposition such as pricing, value-adds and communications in collaboration with other stakeholders including Finance, Commercial Excellence and the cluster’s Pricing Director.
- Develop the channel strategy specified for this new launch in the short-term, mid-term and long-term aspects in order to accelerate the market penetration, competitive advantages and eventually growth.
- Closely monitor the brand activation/health status versus strategy and timely update to the BU Heads and other relevant stakeholders as well as drive the alignment on corrective actions accordingly
- Develop the community of Key Opinion Leaders either in Vietnam or above towards the value proposition identified for the products for strategic planning and advocacy acceleration.
- Serve as the In-market Lead for all matters related to the product in charge from strategy to execution and evaluation and be the spokesperson in interacting and collaborating with cluster senior leaders.
**Excellence in Execution**
- Conduct the product training sessions to the salesforce and other relevant stakeholders in terms of technical benefits as well as be able to direct the key messages delivered to the market consistently
- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence to organize the selling/detailing courses tailor-made for this new launch in line with brand strategies and designed messages
- Lead all the field trials of the products in the alignment with BU’s Technical and Field-force to ensure the strategic design and flawless execution of the trials as well as ensure all trials’ outcomes being implicated and utilized for successful brand activation
- Lead the brand communication activities including but not limited to product leaflet, detailing aids, product presentations and FAQ in both printed and digital format
- Lead the G2N activities for the product in charge in strong collaboration with Finance, BU, Business Operations and Commercial Excellence from design, proposal to evaluation and enhancement
- Lead educational activities including events designed for the product and partner with relevant KOLs to enhance all key messages concisely conveyed across the community.
