**Mô tả công việc**:

- Responsible for overall personnel recruiting and selecting activities to ensure adequate staffing at all levels.
- Ensure staffing requirements at all levels are met as directed by Collections Department’s short
- and long-term plans.
- Support Line Manager and Head of Collections Department with advice on best practice recruitment and selection.
- Develop and maintain an effective personnel advertising program for the purpose of maintaining high visibility with potential labor market.
- Report recruitment progress to managers on a weekly, monthly basis or as requested. Examine headcount plans and recruitment data to identify problems and provide fixes to guarantee and retain skilled human resources.
- Handle administrative and HR-related tasks such as probationary reviews, contract renewals, promotions, transfers, and resignation processes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Organize internal gatherings or promotion activities on a monthly or quarterly basis to link collection members and promote teamwork and company culture.
- Other tasks or projects as assigned by the Line Manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**Education level, certification**:

- University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields

**Experience, Skill**:

- At least 5 years of working experience in Mass Recruitment;
- Good office computer skills, common English;
- Clear and effective communication and presentation skills;
- Good networking & interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Power point)Power BI tools, SQL or Python

**Individual Characteristics**:

- Willing to learn, ability to think out of the box and adapt to a fast-paced & flexible environment;
- High sense of responsibility in confidential matters.
