Job Purpose
Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Identify & develop new tools/ channels that significantly support promote employer branding, recruitment/ sourcing campaign such as social media channels, Search Engine Optimization,
- Enhance the effectiveness of recruitment policies, guidelines; get them updated and aligned with Labor Law and PCA’s regulations
Market Intelligence
- Maintain a solid level of industry knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of competitive landscape via market research/networking to collect tactical market data/ primary source of information of labor market update/trend, survey (salary survey, health and wellbeing ), competitors’ strategic people movement, external talent availability and talent challenges and its impactthat exist in the markets
- Be updated with the market’s trends, market intelligence to provide input and support in the development of HR policies/ processes, and Employee Value Proposition under your respective divisions/departments
- Play as voluntary Project leaders of all projects relating to Resourcing to build talent pipeline for PVA or other HR projects
- Other tasks and projects as assigned by Line Manager or CHRO
Job Accountability
- Manage the full recruitment cycle across your respective divisions. Work closely, build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
- Acquire the right talents (right capability, leadership potential and culture-fit) to the organization and provide partners consultancy on people selection activities within assigned scope of work
- Make sure the right communication conveyed to the internal customers well-understood, well-perceived.
- Gather competitive intelligence and market data for Market Intelligence report
- Ensure good management and execution of all assigned projects & tasks.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with executive search firms and other sourcing channels
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- University Graduate in Business Administration or relevant with minimum of 5 years relevant experience in executive search firm or MNC
Knowledge and skill
- Good communication skills: professional manner, influencing skill and ability to do presentation
- Be independent and good of people sense, people judgement for effective hiring, ability to read people and link job’s requirements with interviewing questions
- Strong interpersonal skills - effective in developing and managing relationships
- Ability to confidently interact across all levels of the organization
- Be able to keep updated with labor market movements and predict the trends
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Logical & critical thinking
- Agility: learning agility and change agility
- Teamwork spirit
