**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with posting job vacancies on various platforms and managing job boards.
- Help prepare recruitment-related documents (e.g., interview forms, offer letters).
- Support onboarding tasks such as collecting documents and preparing welcome kits.
- Assist with employer branding activities and internal communications related to hiring.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and PnC team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- A team player who can also work independently when required.
