- Sales Management: plan, develop, manage and review monthly and quarterly sales pipeline and business opportunities (Retail & Agriculture).
- Quản lý kinh doanh: lập kế hoạch, phát triển, quản lý và xem xét quy trình bán hàng hàng tháng và hàng quý và các cơ hội kinh doanh (ngành bán lẻ & nông nghiệp)._
- Sales Execution: execute value proposition & pricing plan, sales program, and go-to-market execution strategy in-corporation with internal business development and product marketing team.
- Thực hiện kinh doanh: thực hiện đề xuất giá trị và kế hoạch định giá, chương trình bán hàng và thực hiện chiến lược tiếp cận thị trường trong công ty với nhóm phát triển kinh doanh nội bộ và tiếp thị sản phẩm._
- Account management: develop and manage C-level relationships with B2B customers, being the single point of contact between True Digital Group and customers (Retail & Agriculture)
- Quản lý tài khoản: phát triển và quản lý mối quan hệ cấp C với khách hàng B2B, là đầu mối liên hệ duy nhất giữa True Digital Group và khách hàng (nhóm ngành bán lẻ & nông nghiệp)_
- Market Insight: Provide market trend and valuable insight using market research data to support Line Manager to define business strategy, business opportunity and to drive business metrics.
- Tìm hiểu thị trường: Cung cấp xu hướng thị trường và thông tin chi tiết có giá trị bằng cách sử dụng dữ liệu nghiên cứu thị trường để hỗ trợ Line Manager (Trưởng bộ phận giải pháp kỹ thuật số) xác định chiến lược kinh doanh, cơ hội kinh doanh và định hướng các chỉ số kinh doanh._
- Operation: Drive efficiencies in business operation in their assigned vertical with available TDG resources, and being an active voice for improvements and change of operation function.
- Vận hành: Thúc đẩy hiệu quả việc vận hành kinh doanh theo ngành dọc được giao với các nguồn tài nguyên sẵn có của TDG và chủ động góp ý cho việc cải tiến và thay đổi trong việc vận hành._

**II. Job Requirements**

**_Yêu cầu_**
- Bachelor's degree is required, Master or MM/MBA from a top tier university is a plus.
- Bằng cử nhân là bắt buộc, Thạc sĩ hoặc MM / MBA từ một trường đại học hàng đầu là một lợi thế._
- 10+ years experience in enterprise digital solution selling, prior experience working with technology-based companies such as: ERP, E-commerce (omnichannel, digital marketing), POS solution, or equivalent...
- Hơn 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bán giải pháp kỹ thuật số cho doanh nghiệp, từng có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các công ty sử dụng các nền tảng công nghệ như: ERP, Thương mại điện tử (đa kênh, tiếp thị kỹ thuật số), giải pháp POS hoặc tương đương..._
- Có mạng lưới & mối quan hệ bền vững, hiểu biết sâu rộng, đặc biệt trong ngành Bán lẻ & Nông nghiệp. Ứng viên đang quản lý khách hàng hiện tại trong lĩnh vực Bán lẻ & Nông nghiệp là một điểm cộng lớn (Tạp hóa / Siêu thị, Thời trang, Cửa hàng tiện lợi, Đồ ăn uống, Chuỗi cửa hàng...)_
- Proven track record that consistently exceeds key performance indicators and metrics.
- Hồ sơ theo dõi đã được chứng minh luôn vượt quá các chỉ số và chỉ số hiệu suất chính._
- Capable of demonstrating high competency level on customer engagement, relationship building, negotiation, sales planning & target.

- Self-motivated & Pro-active with a great urgency to follow-through, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
