**Mô tả công việc**:
- Receiving project for OEM and maintaining task list & tracking for these internal use and for customer
- Ensuring task are accomplished in good time to ensure swift execution of OEM projects
- Ensuring all team members are advised of issue at any time
- Ensuring changes are implemented immediately
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date at all points
- Following up component and carcass making in house and at suppliers
- Ensuring costing, photography of items and audits to take place swiftly
- Arranging for shipping of goods and smooth transfer to production
**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:
- Good in English and Vietnamese, written and verbal. Chinese is not required but helpful.
- Highly skilled in MS Office, especially excel and Teams
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Detail oriented with attention to on time deliverables
- Understands CAD and how to read furniture drawings in 2D, CAD skills not required but helpful.
- Ability to analyze customer requests and get answers from the different departments
- Open to learning new ideas and changing process or management style to fit ever changing demands
- Experience knowledge in developing product to include wood finishing, furniture engineering, furniture manufacturing techniques
- Experience in developing home furnishing projects is the number one consideration for this position, 5+ years direct experience
- Project planning background experience or training
