- Currently, we are looking for a Business Development Lead to join us in Hanoi

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Business development**: Acquire aggressively and onboard corporate users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
- **Sales planning**: Create special project pipelines and sales results as assigned by the City Manager and/or Manager
- ** Negotiation and closing of deals**: Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership.
- ** Team management**: Be responsible for Field Team KPI in revenues, supporting metrics (New customers; up-selling / cross-selling revenue; Retention rate).
- ** Recruitment**: Participate in the hiring process and training programs for both full-time and non full-time positions.

**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree required;
- Minimum 5-6 years working in a professional B2B environment, experience in logistics industry is preferred;
- At least more than 1 year in Lead role;
- Knowledge of the F&B/ FMCG/ Retails industries or General trade channel sales;
- A data-driven approach to solve problems;
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at different levels, up to management or C-level;
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and trust-building ability;
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
