- Self-survey or collect business requirement from users
- Work with users to understand and analyze needs in automated operation process, and identify solutions/ methods to minimize human mistakes without diminishing key control.
- In-house develop or work with partner to develop solution based on agreed requirement and operation processes.
- Deploy the solution to users as per line manager’s instructions.
- Assist in developing training materials related to projects/ tasks, delivering trainings to users.
- Self-track or through external partner team to ensure automated process are in daily use.
- Self-research to define room for improvements in operation process and solution.
- On-request or self-provide statistics/analysis report to concern parties.
- Train, guide, instruct DMS Admin including daily visit and on-site checking to follow stated steps and process to ensure all transactions being captured into DMS system.
- Frequently interact with distributors and customers to ensure the system in good status and being properly utilized

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- 2 years experience in programing or DMS project
- At least 1 year experience in SQL server, NET
- University/ college degree in IT, database (Tốt nghiệp đại học hoặc Cao đẳng)

Internal:

- Work with Sales frontline (ASM/SS/SR) to track & assess implementation.
- Work directly with other functions/ users of sub-projects related to automated management.

External:

- Interact with distributors
- Interact with key partner/ service provider (Spring Global) to follow up action plan for better operation and services.
