1. Quản lý hệ thống DMS
- Hỗ trợ trực khắc phục nếu DMS gặp vấn đề khi sử dụng;
- Đề xuất tính năng mới lên hệ thống DMS;
- Đào tạo thông báo hướng dẫn nhân viên bán hàng,Sales Leader sử dụng DMS khi tính năng mới;
- Quản lý tồn máy DMS,Hoạt động nạp sim DMS hàng tháng;
- Cấp phát máy DMS (Tăng thêm nhân sự, mất máy..);
- Báo cáo kết quả hoạt động DMS;
- Tổng hợp DMS chứng từ sửa máy, hoàn tiền cọc nhân viên nghỉ việc DMS chuyển tới các bộ phận liên quan;

2. Quản lý phần mềm SNSV
- Quản lý data trên phần mềm SNSV (Chuyển kinh doanh, shop trùng, shop ảo...);
- Tiếp nhận và xử lý vấn đề phát sinh lỗi trên hệ thống SNSV;
- Đề xuất các tính năng sử dụng SNSV;
- Hỗ trợ nhân viên và Sales Leader hệ thống web SNSV, gặp sự cố, trao đổi bộ phận IT khắc phục;

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học chuyên ngành công nghệ thông tin hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan;
- Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 năm ở vai trò quản lý hệ thống bán hàng DMS, Sales data trong ngành hàng FMCG; ưu tiên Nam;
- Sử dụng tốt vi tính văn phòng: Word, Excel, PPT,...
- Khả năng nắm bắt được xu hướng thay đổi thị trường tiêu dùng;
- Chủ động trong công việc, có tính kiến nhẫn;
- Có thế làm việc độc lâp & làm việc nhóm, có tinh thần hợp tác, chia sẻ;
