**Main duties**:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote investment products and raise funds for the company, targeting both local and international markets.
- Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to launch new funds or services locally and internationally.
- Implement activities, events, and promotions to build brand awareness and increase sales through partners.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets with a cost-effective manner.
- Content Creation & Social Media Management:
- Manage key social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube etc.), to drive engagement and growth within the investor community.
- Work with suppliers to develop videos for advertising and educating the target audience.
- Develop collateral, point-of-sale materials.
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s brand, voice, and regulatory standards
- Website Management:
- Work closely with the IT team or external web development partners to manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring a seamless user experience and up-to-date information on products and services.
- Monitor and improve website performance (e.g., page load time, mobile responsiveness).
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key metrics for all digital campaigns, such as traffic, conversions, lead generation, and cost-per-acquisition.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data to improve future campaigns and optimize marketing spend.
- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals and support fundraising campaigns, product launches, and investor relations initiatives.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
- Other responsibilities will be assigned by line manager from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of three to five years’ experience in a same position, preferably in the financial services or fund management industry.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Excellent Vietnamese copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, engaging content.
- Good English speaking and presentation skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills.
- Problem solver, able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
