We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Digital Marketing to join our team and lead our digital marketing efforts.

As the Senior Manager Digital Marketing & Customer Journey, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. You will lead the digital marketing function, build an effective team, and establish criteria for success. Your responsibilities will include:

- Drive Digital KPIs and Brand Excellence:

- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including website traffic, digital lead generation, online car reservations, lead quality, engagement metrics, etc.
- Deliver a luxurious digital customer journey, ensuring personalized, high-touch interactions that align with Mercedes-Benz’s luxury brand identity.
- Collaborate with dealers and call center to ensure consistent follow-up on digital leads, maintaining a seamless customer experience.
- Develop Digital Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and execute media plans for all marketing channels optimizing reach, engagement, and ROIs.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and customer expectations.
- Oversee owned and paid channels’ content to reinforce brand equity and engage affluent customers across platforms (e.g., website, Zalo, Facebook, YouTube).
- Measure and report performance of the full customer journey against ROIs and KPIs.
- Analyze and provide insights around site traffic and other key metrics using Google Analytics, dashboards, and relevant business tools.
- Oversee the online showroom aimed at increasing traffic, driving customer engagement, and conversion.
- Lead Management Framework:

- Develop and execute a lead management framework to improve lead quantity and quality.
- Drive Digitalization Initiatives:

- Enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement, positioning MBV as a leader in automotive digital transformation.
- Other Related Tasks:

- Perform other related tasks as required.
- QualifikationenWho we are looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, including a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
- Experience in developing and executing strategies to optimize the customer journey across offline and online touchpoints, with a high level of data-driven marketing decisions.
- Strong knowledge, skills, and management experience of full-funnel media, digital landscape, ad platforms including website management (Google Analytics), SEO/SEM, Social media (Facebook, Zalo, etc.), and other digital marketing platforms and tools (Social Listening, Marketing Campaign Management, etc.).
- Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering KPIs for the full marketing funnel from brand health to website traffic, lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams, global, regional, and external stakeholders on digital and marketing topics.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese; excellent communication skills.
