PURPOSE
- Responsible for setting country enterprise-wide data management and analytics strategy, roadmap, process and governance to achieve Data Driven Decision Organization.
- Responsible for deploying new digital technologies & platforms to support business innovative projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Align digital platforms with Group Digital team & build new digital platforms.
- Set up and operationalize the data lake and business/customer intelligence platform including tools, standards, procedures etc. for effective collection, management and analysis of data across the organization.
- Build AI and ML capability to leverage and turn data into meaningful business insights and distil implications for effective business decisions by senior management and related stakeholders.
- Create and manage business intelligence tools, systems, methods etc.
- Create standardized key business reports and dashboards for review by management and other related stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze business intelligence data (industry, customer, competitors etc.) business decisions for corporate strategy development decisions.
- Produce regular/ad-hoc distribution/customer insight reports with recommendations/ findings for business decisions.
- Develop and implement predictive modelling to strengthen distribution productivity/efficiency and maximize sales from existing customers.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, mathematics, statistics or a related business discipline.
- 10+ experience in a data management, digital transformation, business intelligence or data analytics role.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and different business functional areas.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Good understanding of digital transformation processes and digital platforms.
- Good understanding of life insurance operational and technical areas is an advantage.
- Statistics Modelling Skill: linear regression, logistic regression, decision tree, neural network, random forest, k-means, ARMA, association rule
- Family with Data Lake technology such as Cloudera, Hortonworks and MAPr.
- Tool: SAS, SPSS, R, Python, Spark, pylearn2, SQL, Talend, ASG
- Effective communication in both English and Vietnamese.
