Area Channel Sales Supervisor

**Role Overview**:
We are on the lookout for a Area Channel Sales Supervisor (North) for Air Conditioning product with a focus on light commercial air conditioner who is responsible for generating sell-in/ sell-through/ sell-out and interacting with potential customers and performing a range of activities from identifying customer needs to fulfilling them by providing the right products and business solutions to them. You would be required to have good sales representative and key account management skills to perform your duties effectively. Driving Sales growth and revenue would be your primary objective.
**Role Purpose**:
You will be responsible for generating sales and providing appropriate solutions for customers/ distributors to boost customer acquisition levels. You will analyze market potential and track sales working towards profitability goals.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Manage sales representative to achieve sales target and company goals.
- Guide and managing sales representative team in assigned area for sales achievement.
- Support and manage teams to achieve short
- and long-term goals.
- Provide solutions to align customers to boost up sell-in/Sell out.
- Find new customers in the assigned area.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports
- Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing/products/trends in the market
- Keep up to date with the best practices and trends in the industry
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure they are satisfied and long-lasting customers.
- Receive feedback and work on it to resolve issues
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Prefer bachelor’s or higher degree level
- Must have experience in Air conditioning, prefer having experience in Light Commercial Air Conditioning
- Prior demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in a similar position.
