**Job Description**:
**Acquisition Management (Focus Selling)**
- Lead for pre-selling, acquisition strategy and quotation until project award
- Define acquisition & pricing strategy for specific OEM sourcing
- Identify customer requirements (with help of system engineer) and collect competitor information
- Obtain required (sales/project) releases, approvals and signatures, prepare customer quote letter, manage price negotiations
**Project Management (Focus Execution)**
- Lead for project management from award to SOP (customer interface and partner for possible project leader in P-GB or HQ)
- Responsible for managing the projects deliverable defined by project team or lead
- Follow and secure that the projects are "on-time, on spec, on budget, on cost & on profit"
- Understand and implement the Bosch Mobility product release procedures and quality gates
**Customer Sales Management**
- Assigned customers excellency operation
- Follow daily customer activities and support Delivery/Quality/Cost
- Customer monthly/yearly sales planning
- Others requirement from customers
**Qualifications**:
- University degree with relevant majors
- At least 3 years work experience in motorcycle/ automotive sales management, or motorcycle/ automotive purchasing or/and project management with hand on experience
- Good knowledge of local product trends, and competitors
- Fluent in English, Japanese/Chinese is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Entrepreneurial mindset (result, profit, cost,.) and independent and pro-active behavior
- Collaboration/interaction - active international exchange across boundaries (cultures, borders, domain)
- Goal-oriented, independent, drive and initiative
- Knowledge of electrification product/vehicle safety related products are preferred, including Bosch Mobility processes in Bosch
- Ability to think in PDCA cycle and good problem-solving skills
- Matured, Dynamic personality, self-starter, self-motivated with planning ability
- Good communication skills to different levels externally and internally, good in negotiation and presentation
- Strategically thinking and planning
- Additional assets: clear priority setting, team leader, ability to handle conflicts
