Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close for all financial reports.
- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information (statutory accounts, tax reports, and all compliance required).
- Manage daily receipts, payments, and banking transactions.
- Ensure the monthly and quarterly bank reconciliation activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supports budget and forecasting activities.
- Collaborates with the other department managers to support the overall goals and objectives.
- Monitors and analyzes the business unit work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
- Manages the general team.
- Liaise with insurance, tax authorities, audit, banks, and other stakeholders required.
- Any other ad-hoc requirements from the Finance Director.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 10 years of progressive finance experience and 3 years in management
- Strong knowledge of VAS and Taxation

❖ Skill requirements:

- Excellent in MS Office (especially Excel, Power Query) & Google Sheet
- Able to work with ERP (Netsuite experience is a great advantage)
- Good at communication in Vietnamese & English (Writing & verbal)
- Problem-solving skills, well-organized, detailed oriented
- Leadership skills
