The Role

We're hiring a
Finance Manager

to lead our
group-wide finance operations

. Based in Ho Chi Minh City and leading our F&A team, you'll oversee accounting, reporting, compliance, and budgeting across all markets. This is our
most senior finance role

, offering significant scope to shape how we scale sustainably and smartly.

You'll manage and guide a small team, ensure compliance in multiple jurisdictions, and help senior leadership make informed decisions through clear financial insight. To thrive here, you'll need to be both strategic and hands-on, ready to solve problems, improve systems, and support growth across borders.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the centralised finance function in Vietnam, managing operations across our companies in
    Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Japan, Thailand and Hong Kong
  • Own full-cycle accounting, tax, audit, and compliance across jurisdictions
  • Oversee financial reporting and deliver timely, insightful analysis for executive leadership
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, track performance, and flag risks/opportunities
  • Coach and work closely with the F&A team to build consistency and capacity
  • Troubleshoot and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial systems
  • Collaborate with department heads across functions (clinical, operations, HR, etc.)
  • Be a problem solver - able to dive into details, unblock issues, and figure things out

Who You Are

  • 7+ years' experience in accounting or finance, including leading teams
  • Experience with multi-country finance operations, ideally in Southeast Asia
  • Expertise  with Vietnam's accounting standards, tax law, and statutory requirements
  • Fluent in Vietnamese; Strong English language skills
  • Proactive and solutions-driven - you enjoy untangling complex problems
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
  • Confident managing up and down - working with junior staff and senior leadership alike
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (ACCA/CFA preferred)
  • A team player who leads with integrity, clarity, and a collaborative mindset
