Finance & Accounting Manager to join their dynamic and new entry team in
**Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Backed by
regional investors , this fast-growing business is well-funded and embarking on an ambitious journey to
develop and build over 150 MW of clean energy projects in the next three years.

As a
Finance & Accounting Manager , you'll ensure accurate
project accounting, cost control, financial analysis, and compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to build a finance foundation for long-term growth.

****Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial reporting and performance analysis across company and project levels.
  • Set up and monitor project cost accounting for multiple rooftop solar projects under development or construction.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of management accounts and financial statements.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking.
  • Supervise vendor and supplier payments for construction projects.
  • Manage month-end closing and statutory reporting for both Vietnam and Singapore entities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to assess financial impact and performance issues of ongoing projects.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and legal consultants to ensure full compliance.
  • Support project financing models for equity investors and lenders.
  • Evaluate and implement new accounting systems and manage ongoing updates.
  • Establish a strong internal financial control environment.
  • Take full ownership of finance operations in the first year, and progressively grow the finance team as the business scales.

Requirements
***Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within energy, construction, or industrial services.
  • Excellent command of English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
  • Solid understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax, and compliance regulations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with accounting systems and reporting tools.
  • Experience in M&A projects
  • Proven project accounting experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.***
