**BAT Vietnam is looking for Trade Finance Manager**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Management Level

**FUNCTION**: Finance

**LOCATION**:Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The role is housed in the Representative Office of British American Tobacco Marketing Singapore Pte. Ltd. in Ho Chi Minh City. Finance business partner for Trade team. Core responsibility includes dynamic resource allocation and management.

Reports to: RMT Finance Manager

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: Local

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Work with trade mkt team to drive yearly TT&C and financial modelling that is in line with strategy and business priorities of the company
- Coordinate with MDs to perform TT&C reconciliation based on the signed off and ad hoc adjusted TT&C throughout the year
- Work with regional sales offices to keep track of actual TT&C costs spent under MDs
- Drive company plan budgeting and planning where relevant
- Supervise resource use and manage resource allocation to balance cost, quality and service delivery effectively
- Provide with active support to the development of strategic analysis and report required by senior stakeholders
- Build strong collaborative working relationships within finance leadership team
- Plan and execute the training and development of team members to meet the encouraged skills required to perform at role
- Hold self-responsible for high standards of delivery, on time and in full

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- University graduate in Finance/Economics, preferably with a professional accountancy qualification
- At least 2 years working experience as accountant (preferably for MNC’s)
- Good English communication
- Good administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize works.
- Good inter-personal skills in dealing with internal and external customers/contacts at all levels
