ACG_1895_JOB- Manage all operations spanning across 23 provinces nationwide to ensure optimal performance-
- Develop annual action plans and detailed deployment plans for all action programs.-
- Implement and oversee the execution of plans for all departments under the Management Board to meet company service standards: Customer care, Technical, Hygiene, Security.-
- Handle daily operational incidents at the facility; Report to Leadership on cases beyond handling capability or authority, as well as important and urgent incidents.-
- Build effective revenue-generating policies.-
- Anticipate operational risks and proactively seek solutions to address, prevent, and minimize potential consequences.-
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to plan and execute annual marketing activities.-
- Ensure targets for visitor footfall and revenue from tenants are met.-
- Coordinate the implementation and quality control of event/marketing plans.-
- Coordinate with the Advertising board system/Event organization positions (ATL/BTL) and improve signage systems.-
- Provide input and coordinate the execution of marketing activities for tenants.-
- Develop/propose adjustments to the managagement departments annual budget.-
- Develop and propose an organizational chart with functions/tasks/job descriptions/appropriate professional standards, staffing levels, and personnel boundaries aligned with development requirements.-
- Propose improvements to the managent departments HR management system.-
- Establish and control the implementation of processes, standards, and reporting systems of the Management Board to ensure timely and transparent information flow.-
- Control the distribution system to ensure documents reach every employee within the management department.-
- Effectively communicate and ensure transparent internal information flow.**Benefits**:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, and Law, or any related field At least 5 years of experience in Services, Retail, Commerce, and Marketing Good understanding of and passionate about management and retail center operation Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in English and computer skills Ability to perform well under pressure and in fast-changing environment
