- Direct and promote the company in building and engaging a proactive safety culture.
- Provide support to Global HSE and Sustainability and Regional CEO;
- Advise regional management on safety and environmental objectives, targets and metrics and assess the HSE performance of the region;
- Management of the HSE teams within the region, continuously building the capabilities of the teams and its members;
- Identify specific needs and organize HSE training strategies for the regional employees;
- Define strategies for establishing HSE resources within the region, including recruiting, hiring, growing and retaining of HSE professionals;
- Development and promotion of employee wellbeing activities across the region with the aim of encouraging better health management amongst employees, in partnership with HR and other stakeholders;
- Ensure the implementation of applicable HSE standards and systems from the headquarters to the region (e.g. Risk Management; Incident Management, IT tools etc.);
- Based on regulatory and/or legislative compliance, adapt or ensure adaption of the ENERCON minimum standards to the region/ affected countries;
- Ensure following of the local (legal) rules and regulations in cooperation with the legal representative of the respectable country
- Participate in the development and review of the ENERCON HSE standards (e.g. Risk Management; Incident Management; Sustainability strategies; Sustainability report; ENERCON HSE goals & KPIs, HSE communications, IT tools, etc.);
- Develop, implement and maintain HSE management system according to the ISO 45001 and ISO14001 (including certification, if needed, for example in alignment with IMS/ Global HSE).
- Identify and monitor regulatory changes in the area of Safety and Environment that can affect the company's operations in the region, and initiate appropriate engagement and/or mitigation strategies;
- Develop and supervise projects in the area of environment and sustainability (e.g. recycling, circular economy, biodiversity, etc.) and ensure that the data necessary for the sustainability report is provided by the region;
- Ensure that required regulatory permits are acquired, that reports are submitted to regulatory agencies and that permit conditions (e.g. recordkeeping) are being met;
- Ensure HSE compliance is considered in any decommissioning strategies for the region and standardize the process within the region, in alignment with Global HSE;
- Oversee the regular HSE audits and inspections (including cross-regional);
- Ensure investigation of serious and major incidents and accidents and engage with applicable departments (in the region and corporate) and disciplines to ensure proper causes and preventative and corrective actions are established and implemented;
- Participate in the creation of internal communications about incidents, lessons learned and best practices, in close alignment with the other regions and Global HSE;
- Ensure the reporting of serious and major accidents/incidents, HIPOs (High potential events) and environment accidents to Headquarters and the Regional Board;
- Maintain open communication with the project and service directors to ensure alignment and consistent implementation of HSE processes, goals and objectives;
- Identifying positive and negative trends and advising the Regional CEO and other regional stakeholders on actions required to promote positive trends and counter negative trends i.e. improvement plans;
- Initiate the planning of specific programs for the region if needed;
- Ensure Support to Sales and aftersales is managed throughout the region (e.g. during tendering and pre-qualification phase, aftersales / O&M etc.);
- Ensure alignment between PM and Service across the region regarding Construction Site specific training and documentation requirements;
- KPI's & HSE programs;
- Initiation and maintenance of HSE management system;
- Ensure consistent improvement of the HSE situation and culture in the region;
- Ensure investigation and proper reporting on time and good quality;
- Ensure that the organization is HSE compliant.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Degree in an engineering or technical discipline and have a recognized qualification in H&S (e.g. NEBOSH diploma)
- Working knowledge of management systems, international Health and Safety Standards and best practices related to occupational safety and health and environment
- 10 years relevant working experience with 7 years in management level
- Relevant HSE qualification and understanding of key occupational safety topics with relevant experience (in the region / country in the region);
