About the Role:
The Regional Marketing Director oversees all marketing, branding, communications, and digital activities in Vietnam, leading strategies to enhance brand strength, boost market share, and drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Ensure brand consistency and commercial alignment across all hotels and channels.
- Lead brand evolution, creative direction, and campaign execution.
- Manage external agencies to maintain quality, brand integrity, and effective delivery.
- Drive digital transformation across CRM, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Leverage data and automation to optimize ROI, conversions, and direct bookings.
- Oversee PR, communications, and reputation management to strengthen brand visibility.
- Build strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance market presence.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; MBA a plus.
- 8–10 years' marketing experience, including 5+ in leadership.
- Proven record in multi-property or lifestyle brand marketing; hospitality preferred.
- Strong in digital marketing, brand strategy, and performance campaigns.
- Experienced in managing budgets, agencies, and teams.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- International brand or market exposure preferred.
- Willing to travel frequently.
