About the Role

The Marketing Director of Millennia Education Group is responsible for leading the group-wide brand and marketing strategy across all current and future education ventures within the Millennia ecosystem. This includes corporate brand development, institutional brands (K-12, Higher Education, etc.), and the launch and growth of strategic flagship projects.

This is a strategic leadership position with full ownership of brand direction, creative excellence, marketing capability building, and cross-entity alignment. The role requires a visionary marketer who can architect brands, shape market perception, build high-performing teams, and elevate Millennia Education into a premium regional education group.

Key Responsibilities

Group Brand & Strategic Leadership

  • Define and lead the group brand strategy, architecture, and positioning framework for Millennia Education and its portfolio of education brands.
  • Build the corporate brand narrative, purpose, value proposition and communication pillars for Millennia Education to strengthen reputation and stakeholder trust.
  • Ensure brand governance, alignment, and consistency across all institutions and entities under the group.

Brand Development & Creative Excellence

  • Lead the development of brand identities, narratives, and creative platforms for new and existing brands in the group (schools, universities, programmes).
  • Direct the creative strategy for campaigns, brand worlds, content, key visuals, brand films, and experiential touchpoints that reflect premium British/International education standards.
  • Elevate brand storytelling to differentiate Millennia Education and its institutions in the competitive education landscape.

Marketing Strategy & Go-to-Market

  • Develop annual marketing strategies, go-to-market roadmaps, and launch playbooks for new institutions and initiatives.
  • Oversee integrated marketing across digital, PR, social, content, events, partnerships, and community building.
  • Set group-wide marketing frameworks, guidelines, and performance standards for all brand entities to ensure synergy and efficiency.

Stakeholder, Group & Agency Ecosystem Management

  • Act as the key marketing business partner to Group CEO and senior leadership to drive brand-led business decisions.
  • Manage relationships with strategic partners, and other international stakeholders.
  • Build and lead the external agency ecosystem (brand, creative, digital, PR, website, media) – from selection and briefing to quality control and performance evaluation.

Organization & Capability Building (Team & Systems)

  • Build the Group Marketing function structure, talent strategy, and capability roadmap to support current and future education operations.
  • Develop standardized operating models, workflows, processes, and toolkits to ensure efficiency, alignment, and replication across brands.
  • Mentor and elevate marketing teams across schools, ensuring each institution maintains brand excellence while meeting performance objectives.

Governance & Performance

  • Establish group-wide brand and marketing governance, including frameworks, guidelines, and approval processes.
  • Monitor marketing performance through KPIs, impact measurement, and reporting to the Group Board.
  • Ensure efficient marketing budget planning, allocation and ROI management across the group.

Experience Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years of experience in Branding & Marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in premium brand building (education, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or international brands preferred).
  • Proven track record of building brands from strategy to execution, including launches.
  • Experience leading creative direction, brand storytelling, and integrated marketing across multiple channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in international or British education environment.
  • Exposure to multi-brand architecture or group/corporate brand management.
  • Experience working regionally or across multiple markets.
