Job descriptions

  • Responsible for robust pipeline management to achieve desired production and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics
  • Design and implement business plans to leverage effectively partners within the bank to generate greater cross sell and revenue enhancement opportunities.
  • Uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best
  • Manage recruitment, training and motivation of highly skilled sales team.
  • Mentoring and training sales teams to achieve sales goals.
  • Held accountable for banker competency, goal achievement, shared goal achievement with business partners, profitability, cost control, compliance, operational and risk management activities.
  • Organize and implement training programs for staff in the entire region

Requirements

  • BSc in Banking, Business management, Economics or related majors.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in management.
  • Proven experience in a senior management position.
  • A proven record of meeting and exceeding financial targets.
  • The ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Efficient communication skills.
