- Material Procurement & Follow-up
- Monitor and follow up on material demands for production.
- Source and order materials required for the factory.
- Track order progress with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Supplier Development & Market Research
- Identify and qualify new suppliers to improve quality, reduce costs, and ensure competitive advantage.
- Monitor raw material market fluctuations to control supplier pricing.
- Outsourcing Coordination
- Issue purchase orders for outsourced processes (e.g., coating, plating, machining, etc.).
- Follow up on outsourced processing to ensure quality and delivery schedules are met.
- Supplier Quality Management
- Issue Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) to suppliers and provide explanations of non-conformance issues.
- Negotiate material cost refunds or replacements for non-conforming goods.
- Collaborate with the Quality Department to assess supplier performance.
- Reporting & Other Duties
- Prepare and submit reports to the Head of Department.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or supply chain operations (preferably in manufacturing).
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and outsourced services (coating, plating, machining, etc.).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP system experience is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
