MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in the development and execution of procurement strategies designed to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Process purchasing orders, from creation through approval and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Maintain and update vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and performance evaluations.
Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and products, obtaining quotes and comparing prices for cost-efficiency.
Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, aiming for favorable conditions and sustainable relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary, ensuring the timely availability of essential goods and services.
Support the Procurement Manager in ensuring compliance with the club’s procurement policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on procurement activities, orders, and expenditures for review and decision-making support.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within the gaming, hospitality, or related industry.
Understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
