New Business Development Specialist

**Job Description**:
**Consumer activation (50%)**:
- Collaborate closely with agencies/ healthcare org & stakeholders throughout the E2E process to ensure execution will deliver accordingly to objectives and brand/campaign guidelines
- Lead integrated activation implementation (POS materials, in-clinic activation, school/ corporate education & activation, exhibition, partnership marketing)
- Contribute to development of a forward-looking new business development calendar for intermediary marketing activities including in-market activities (roadshows, events, sponsorships), strategy focus (upgrading pitchbooks, development of new strategic content), webinars and conference calls
- On-going analysis of program results (quantitative and qualitative), proactively identifying any issues/opportunities and activating upon recommendations
- Creation and presentation of post-analysis, assisting in development of repeat business opportunities
**Broaden market access through partnership (30%)**:
- Deploy new business opportunities (NBO) which alignment in business plan to make sure right time & right focus to deliver business objective
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to implementation new go-to-market model
**Increase the market access by affordability solutions (20%)**:
- Collaborate with Brand Partnerhsip & Business development to deploy E2E model of affordable solution to consumer
**_ Desired Experience/Education: _**
- Bachelor’s degree in business/ marketing /communication/healthcare
- 5+ years’ experience in Marketing/ Business Development/ etc in MNCs
- 3+ years of experience in similar role in MNCs.
**_ Professional Competencies Required: _**
- Strategic planning & interpretation to action plan
- Strong marketing & business development capabilities
- Expertise in pitching, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Healthcare industry & Marketing excellence
- Expertise in project management, including manage external agencies & stakeholders
- Fluency in English communication
