Business Development Manager

**Mô tả công việc**:
- Researching, maintaining strong and prosperous working relationships with new and existing clients
- Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationship with senior managers, partners and other stakeholders
- Understanding client needs and providing solutions and support; responding to client inquiries and follow-up calls; leading the response to brief, pitching, and presenting the proposals
- Indentifying advantages and compares organization’s service
- Working with Account Managers to identify new opportunities within existing clients business
- Preparing the reports as requested
- Responsible for other duties from CEO
**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
- Good communication in English (preferred)
- Minimum 2-year experience in the same position
- Strong presentation, negotiation and sales closing skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Work independently, self-motivated and highly integrity
- Proactive, results-driven, trustworthy, and willing to go an extra mile
- Ability to work under pressure
