- Triển khai & tối ưu Facebook/TikTok Ads: chuyển đổi, tin nhắn, remarketing
- Theo dõi chỉ số & tối ưu liên tục: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR
- Kết hợp cùng Content/Design/Media để ra chiến dịch hiệu quả
- Tìm hiểu hành vi người dùng, thử nghiệm ý tưởng mới, theo sát cập nhật từ Meta & TikTok
- Báo cáo & đề xuất hướng cải thiện hàng tuần/tháng/quý

- Biết dùng Canva, Capcut, Photoshop cơ bản là điểm cộng
- Chủ động, thích học, ham thử nghiệm
