To continue our journey toward a brighter future, we are recruiting a highly skilled and motivated Assistant General Director to support the group’s diverse system operations, including financial, legal, human resources, marketing, and business functions.
Position Overview
The Assistant General Director will play a critical role in supporting the General Director across all aspects of the group’s operations. This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work across multiple disciplines such as finance, law, human resources, marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic and Operational Support
- Partner with the General Director to oversee and coordinate the group’s key operational functions, including finance, legal, HR, marketing, and business development.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve the group’s long-term mission and goals.
- Provide insights and solutions to improve organizational efficiency and performance.
2. Financial and Legal Oversight
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the group’s financial health.
- Support legal compliance across jurisdictions, ensuring all company operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with external legal and financial advisors as needed.
3. Human Resources and Organizational Development
- Work with HR teams to implement policies that foster a positive workplace culture and support employee growth.
- Support recruitment efforts and talent management initiatives to build strong, high-performing teams.
4. Marketing and Business Development
- Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to strengthen the group’s brand and presence in global markets.
- Explore and evaluate opportunities for business growth, including partnerships and new market entry strategies.
5. Leadership and Problem Solving
- Act as a trusted advisor to the General Director, providing critical feedback and recommendations.
- Solve complex problems independently and collaboratively, ensuring timely and effective decision-making.
Represent the General Director in meetings, presentations, and negotiations as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background: A degree in Law, Finance, or Business is required. Additional knowledge of policy is a strong advantage.
- Language Proficiency: Minimum English proficiency of 8.0 IELTS, with Chinese language skills as an added advantag

6. Preferred Qualifications
