Position Overview

As a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of your assigned sector, driving global business development, and implementing innovative solutions in alignment with MRS Group's vision. You will lead a dynamic team, oversee operations, and engage in high-impact decision-making to ensure sustainable growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the assigned sector (Steel, Agriculture, or Technology) to achieve business goals and drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sector strategies with the overall mission and vision of MRS Group.
- Identify and capitalize on global opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.

2. Business Development
- Build and expand relationships with global partners, customers, and stakeholders.
- Explore innovative business models and solutions to address challenges in the sector's supply chain.
- Drive revenue growth through the development of new business opportunities and strategic alliances.

3. Operations Management
- Oversee the operational scope of your sector, ensuring efficient processes and high-performance standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives effectively.

4. Training and Development
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of staff, ensuring alignment with the sector’s goals.

5. Innovation and Sustainability
- Champion sustainable practices and innovative solutions within the sector.
- Spearhead initiatives that contribute to a regenerative, balanced, and environmentally conscious business ecosystem.
- Leverage technology to address supply chain challenges and create impactful solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- English IELTS minimum 8.5, GPA minimum 3.2. In case you do not meet the academic score requirements, you can share with us other competencies you possess.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior leadership role within the relevant sector (Steel, Agriculture, or Technology) or equivalent
- Strong track record in global business development, strategic planning, and operational management.
- Deep understanding of the sector's supply chain, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and creating a positive impact on society and the environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think critically and execute decisively.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and data-driven insights to solve complex business challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Agriculture, Technology, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
