DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurate and timely creation of new items on the various computer systems.
- Maintenance of required items on various computer systems.
- Responsible for the Accuracy of the MFG-Pro Database in respect to Item Master and Costs.
- Other Administrative Duties associated with the Costing Department.

RELATIONSHIPS AND AUTHORITY
- Reporting to the Costing Systems Manager, as part of the Group Commercial and Technology Team.
- Close working relationship to Estimating team and the Local and Overseas Production Services Departments
- Close working relationship with Local and Overseas Sales and Customer services Teams
- Close working relationship with Launchpad teams.
- Excellent Data Entry Accuracy and Speed Skills.
- Excellent English Comprehension (Written and Spoken)
- Excellent Numeracy Skills
- Strong Computing Skills, specifically Excel and Microsoft Suite of Products
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Good Time Management Skills, ability to self manage workload to meet business timelines.
- Experience in a Factory Environment within Estimating, Planning, or Supervision would be highly regarded.
- Chinese or Indonesia Language skills would be considered favourably.
