Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Application Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City.

This position is ideal for engineers who love technology, problem-solving, and building real solutions for industrial customers — combining technical expertise with commercial understanding to deliver value to every project.

Job Description

As a Technical Application Engineer, you will act as the technical bridge between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Your role involves providing technical consultation, preparing quotations and tenders, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting projects from proposal to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical consultation and propose optimal solutions based on customer needs.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

Evaluate and select suppliers to ensure the best technical and commercial terms.

Support bidding activities, ensuring compliance with customer and project requirements.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to clarify technical and commercial matters.

Review and verify contracts, certificates, datasheets, and related technical documents.

Assist in project and order follow-up, including monitoring progress and resolving technical issues.

Collaborate with the Customer Support Department (CST) and other teams for effective project execution.

Maintain professional communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related fields).

1–2 years of experience in technical sales, tendering, or engineering coordination.

(Fresh graduates with strong technical background and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.)

Familiarity with industrial automation, oil & gas, energy, or process industries is an advantage.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Good command of English (both written and verbal).

Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and teamwork skills.

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
