The Company:

Our client is a global leader in motion and power transmission solutions, providing advanced technologies that drive performance, efficiency, and sustainability across industrial and automation sectors worldwide.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of
    products and system functions, operations, and usage
    to train sales teams, assist in product selection, and deliver technical training for customers.
  • Analyze and understand
    customer applications,
    including system operation, installation, and maintenance to support calculation, design, and solution development.
  • Prepare technical drawings, configuration details, and specification data using
    AutoCAD
    or other specialized software.
  • Conduct on-site technical surveys at customer facilities to understand processes, collect data, and build an industry-specific product and application map.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Quality, Production, etc.) to resolve technical and product-related issues such as customization requests, maintenance support, or warranty claims.
  • Review and verify all technical configurations and parameters before sales quotations are issued to customers.
  • Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and consultation to customers and partners to enhance understanding of product applications.
  • Perform other technical duties and project-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
    .
  • Professional years of experience in application engineering, machinery, or industrial systems.
  • Solid technical knowledge of
    mechanical or automation equipment
    .
  • Proficient in
    AutoCAD
    and technical documentation.
  • Good communication skills and fluent in English.
  • Willing to travel within Southeast Asia.
