1. **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts; seeking new clients including but not limit local and overseas clients to provide International Logistics Services;
2. **Sales Management**: Drive revenue growth by identifying and maximizing sales opportunities within key accounts.

3. **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and solving any issues promptly.

4. **Account Planning**: Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations.

5. **Reporting and Analysis**: Track, analyze, and report key account metrics, including sales performance and client satisfaction.

6. **Negotiation**: Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to secure long-term agreements.

7. **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (Customer Services, Operations) to ensure a consistent and effective customer experience.

8. **Market Research**: Stay updated with Logistics industry trends and competitor’s activities to anticipate client needs and maintain a competitive edge.

9.** Presentations**: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing company products, services, and value propositions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or Logistics related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or a related role.

Preferred Skills
- English speaking and writing are must.
- Logistics market knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset.

Additional Notes : This position report to Branch Manager and be a part of Sales Team.
